All full time Fidelity National Title Humboldt County employees with the exception of the County Manager are eligible to be recognized by their colleagues, management and our customers. In order to receive this designation the employee must be nominated by one of their colleagues or customers.

The nomination is to be submitted to the County Manager, in writing, stating the name of the nominee and why they should be the “Employee of the Month”.  There are several ways to nominate someone...

Nominations are to be turned in no later than the last working day of a given month. All entries will be considered only by the County Manager and the winner for the previous month will be announced the 1st working day of the next month.  For example, January submission deadline is Jan 31st. On Feb. 1st the January Employee of the Month will be announced!  Award winners may continue to be nominated throughout the year.

Nomination Guidelines:

• Employee has demonstrated “above and beyond” customer service during the month nominated.
• Employee has demonstrated an exceptional team spirit during the month nominated.
• Employee has gone out of their way to help either serve our customers or other employees in the same pursuit during the month nominated.
• Employee has exhibited extraordinary professionalism during the course of the month nominated.
• Employee has demonstrated extraordinary loyalty to the company by their actions in support of company goals.

(This is not an exhaustive list of attributes required for nomination, but only a guideline and it is not necessary to demonstrate all in order to be nominated.)

Those employees who are recognized will receive a special parking space together with a framed certificate for their efforts and “Hollywood” style billing on our Big Screen in the lobby for the month!
